Sidon Adventure Archive

Pioneers Interviews

A growing collection of conversations with the individuals who helped define interactive fiction. These interviews aim to preserve first-hand perspectives, development stories, and reflections from the early era of adventure gaming.

Preserving first-hand history

While games themselves can be preserved through software and media, the stories behind them often risk being lost. This section focuses on capturing those voices — the creators, designers, and thinkers who shaped the early landscape of adventure games.

Each interview is presented in a museum-style format, with light editorial framing and contextual notes where appropriate, while preserving the original voice and intent of the interviewee.
